Camera panning, zooming & snapping upon movement

The way the camera moves around your character and snaps behind upon movement is one thing that needs to be addressed.

I don't see why there can't just be a simple check box to disable camera snapping. Seems like this could be a VERY simple fix.

Also, it almost seems like moving the camera around with your mouse is almost too smoothed out, as it feels like it over-rotates a tiny bit once you stop moving your mouse. Maybe it's just me, but compared to other games and MMO's, camera movement in SWTOR needs to feel more quick and instant.

Another thing is zooming. There should be more "levels" of zooming for the camera to move to. Sometimes, I want to get real close to my character's face or upper body, but I am limited to only certain amounts of zooming in and out before it makes me go into first-person view or being zoomed all the way out, respectively.

Agreed the camera movement feels very clunky and I really don't like how it moves progressively faster as you pan instead of matching your exact mouse movement. (I hope my phrasing is somewhat clear)
