They're only good for PvE imo. The cover system is a liability for PvP play.

I regularly beat geared out BWs in damage in WFs and was doing fine right after launch when everyone was crying so they buffed them so their dots could crit, etc.

We just require a bit more thought and tactics than other classes. But we are very effective when played correctly.
