Great idea!!!!!!!!!! Make it hard to get but not insane or easy.( Don't make it where you can get full Purple PVP gear in a week!
Also 1 complaint to that fix. Don't make it where you can just pick a random peice. Make like the ear pieces, and the smaller pieces of armor easier to get than like the secondary armour( wrist, boots etc.) Then make the most important pieces of armour like chest, helm, pants, weapons and shoulders have higher requirements.(MAKE THE ARMOUR TAKE LIKE A MONTH TO GET FULL PURPLE PVP GEAR!

There is no reason to fix it. I explained it somewhere in a more elaborated way, but simply put:

You have the same chances to obtain T3 gear per week in PvP and PvE. The RNG factor is necessary so people don't do quickly a bit of pvp and then join nightmare. Or in other words to stabilize progression.

You know PvE is RNG too, the boss might not drop for you 10 times in a row or someone else winning the item. If you take away the RNG out of PvP you would have to do likewise in PvE.

No.. Bosses always drop 4-8+ epic pieces.. unlike PvP, even if it's not what you want.

Everyone is trying to fit into the gear grind mode of getting gear. Its outdated. Just have the best gear be craftable using cybertech and letting players choose the pieces and look they want. This addresses soo many issues including crafting demand, customizing, and balance based on peoples play time. Remove expertise pointless stat.

WoW pvp gear grind with Swtor skin is what we have ATM with broken random bag drops.

Except noone gives two $hits about a pve rng system being in our pvp....what you don't seem to be able to understand is that people are not asking for fast or easy gear, in fact I personally couldn't care less if it took me 2 weeks of grind or "questing" to get one piece of gear as long as I know that I will get it in the end.

Opening 30 bags and the possibility of getting nothing while someone can open 10 and get everything they need has always sucked for pve, there was 0 reason to introduce it to pvp as well.

Sorry but it isn't necessary, there are other fairer ways to slow down the gear progression rather than chance and this thread explains one of them. As it stands right now someone can get a full set by chance and then join nightmare (w/e the hell that is, couldn't care less) so I don't even see your point about that statement.

No one likes the RNG system. It's a terrible atrocious system meant to create a larger time sink than the grind system. Whoever came up with it should be shot.
There's no QQing in baseball.
