Well, pure hubris or ignorance of Warzone travel? Emergency pass would work, if it wasn't a cast time, or an 16 hour cooldown. People were being killed with seconds of respawning. You don't come back invisible when you spawn at a medical droid.

wow this guy is getting so annoying! I want to punch him.

Quite frankly everyone that was involved in the anti-social behavior of camping republic spawn points, preventing them from even teleporting back to the fleet needs to be taught a serious lesson.

It may only be a game but you wasted alot of people's time camping their supposed "safe zone".

But that is not the reason why bioware is "punishing people". They are quite simply only going to remove the valor you incorrectly gained. Yes that's right, don't attack me for it, you gained the valor wrongly according to bioware. You gained it in the way bioware thought it shouldn't be gained and exploited the system. They are just going to correct their mistake by fairing all valor out again.

Don't cry about it. Bioware are fixing a mistake they made and for you to say "no it wasn't a mistake. I deserve that valor" is completely false since they admitted it was a mistake. There is no way anyone can justify keeping the valor.

Thank you.

Your the kind of person I would never allow into my house then.

A car might have a higher value but oakley's still belong to the person and its stealing, no matter what.

I can walk out of my house and forget to lock the door. Then some one comes into my house and steals me blind, my TV xbox computer and a bunch of other things that I do not have a title on.

If the person gets cought he cant tell the cops, well he left the door unlocked I thought he was giving all his stuff away.

Most of the people doing the hard-core complaining are those that we're laughing to themselves and their guildmates as they zerg camped the oppositions base making thousands of valor per hour. They now try to stand behind this action as "PvP on a PvP server", in hopes that their battlemaster in less then a day status doesn't get taken away. You can all look at the days and weeks before this design flaw occurred and easily see the average rate at which valor ranks were attained. The faction imbalance didn't change on the servers post 1.1 either. So trying to blame republic or empire(lol) because they had some sort of choice in just not going out to Illum to do dailies or to PvP is laughable.

"But the keys were there," is not a justification for stealing the car.
You engage in PvP on any server, be it PvP or PvE, you deal with the consequences.

A better analogy would be someone throwing a television to the curb the night before the trash pick up, along with several trash bags full of junk.

The next morning, before the trash can come, the TV is missing. The person calls the police and says they weren't trying to trash the TV.

The TV r being put on the curb is the design flaw BW didn't realize. The person taking it is the person who thinks the design flaw is "working as intended" since the TV is sitting next to several bags of trash the night before the trash comes.

Players are unware of what is and is not working as intended. Stepping onto someone else's property is clearly not "working as intended." Releasing a brand new patch with sweeping new changes to the PvP area, players think it is working correctly.

Think about that. This wasn't just a minor change. It created a new quest, new objectives and new mechanics. Then you want to say players were exploiting when they didn't realize they were for destroying a gun?

The Oakley's might have been left at the table AS the tip.

This entire threads just a waste of time. Why are you trying to defend a bunch of people who blatantly exploited the Republic's spawn point which was bugged out and had no defenses, that's exploiting a bug in the game to gain an advantage and they did just that. There's no logical way to defend that. Good day sir

Dude, the analogy doesn't matter. It also doesn't matter whether they knew they were exploiting a design flaw or not. ToS clearly states that. Break the rules, get punished. If you don't like the rules, don't play the game. Spend your money somewhere else and stop complaining about something you will not be able to change.
