I have the same problem I have updated all drivers, firewall access, redownloaded the client,switched between ie and the game, let the game sit for 20mins, changed the rez of my screen, changed my sound to a lower bit rate, ran a dxdiag. I have no other Idea what to do. I had the same prob with my beta test.

Try running the game in compatibilty mode, click run in 640 x 480 screen resolution, start up the game, it should now "maybe" show you everything, just close it again and unclick the run in 640 x 480 and start up again and select your wanted resolution.

Ran into the problem doing the beta, this worked for me. can't promise it will for you, but try

use the search tool on the forums there are multiple threads about this. the game runs at 120 khz out of the box which your monitor might not.

Some of us;

Belive it might be related to default monitor frequency for the game. Still no idea how to fix it though.
