Ever considered that maby, juuuust maby, alot of people in the other faction on your server doesnt like PvP?
Or that alot of people have either not reached 50 (i know i havent) or have simply rolled an alt when they did?

EDIT: just had a look here: http://www.torstatus.net/tott-doneet...ta/history/60d

and noticed that your server has been on standard to light for the last 30 days... so id say you simply picked the wrong server pal :/

sorry to say, but your sever was never really popular apparantly...
As stated before, that site is way out of sync with the actual population. It doesnt even have numbers, it simply goes by light, standard etc, which is a terrible way to judge population, since Bioware have changed population caps multiple times.

That in itself doesn't say anything. Standard can be anything from 500 people to 1000 people (just random examples). My server says standard on peak times (altough it sometimes drops to light during peak) and there's 30-40 people in fleet, on empire side.

Its only reasonable to assume less players will be playing the game than they did when it launched. Many players simply won't like it, or enjoy it and move onto other games now that they've tried 1 month of it. However we won't know for certain how many players have left until proper statistics are available from bioware.

Dude, he is playing on a server with light population and he is playing on off-peak hours (2am? seriously?) so no wonder he isnt seeing anyone...

not if its stayed below "standard" for 30 days... especially if you use it as a comparison tool to other servers.

Im all for this game, but if he picked a lop-pop server from the start, he shouldnt be too surprised that there is nobody playing at 2am in the lvl 50 zone.

When i started in this server people were still buying the game and some servers had wait times.

I thought it would be ok to start in an empty server but " they stopped selling copies? "

I am not saying the game is bad, i just want to play this game with more people.

Thanks for helpful replies.

If you're playing a lot on off-peak Europe hours, go to a West Coast server. You'll get a ton of Oceanic players, players from central US/Canada, and players from the east coast who can't read (or have actual legitimate reasons for playing with us). I haven't had any bad experiences with population on my server, and I play at the stupidest off-peak hours.

Then roll a new character on a heavily populated server.

I picked a heavy pop server from the start and stuck with the queing just because i knew that when the excitement died down and the holidays were over, fewer people would be playing at the same time.

So now my server goes from heavy to very heavy, but never full and almost never standard or lower (only on extreme off-time)
