Hi there,

hopefully someone in Biowares support will be able to help me out as the support team via webform doesn't even answer back, and by telephone i only get kicked out of the line by the operators or get the multiple choice bot online.

I forgot one of my security answers, i can't really remember what i have wrote , and now i'm stuck at the login screen... want to update my subscription and insert payments and i can't ....

Can someone in support PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help out and reset my login? I want to re-do my security answers and order a keygen for the login and i simply can't.

I had this issue too.

It's a bad news, good news situation.

The bad news is, you'll have to get in touch with tech support over the phone.

The good news is, he sorted out my issue extremely quickly....once I got through to someone.

This was the automated response from e-mail tech support.

Spoiler

You have two options. First, click on the "My Account" button at the top. On the right side of the page, click "Security Questions." You will have to answer at least one of them here. If you answer it correctly, you can change your answer for your security questions.

If you can't get to this, you will need to call Customer Support, confirm your identity, and have them reset them for you. Hope this helps.

There is one question that I apparantly messed up. But I keep getting that one over and over again.

Is there a system to the rotation of the questions? Or does it only give you a new on if you answered the previous one correctly?

This is some serious **** because you can't get a hold of the support, and if you're outside the listed countries you're paying 100s of euros just for the international connection that lasts more then 2 hours >_<

In my case the question I could not remember the answer to showed up all the time.

The only other way I could think of besides phone support would be e-mail support. You would have to submit a ticket. Eventually they would need a copy of some form of ID to confirm that you are who you are. Not sure with Bioware, but with Blizzard you had to fax this to them. Not sure about Bioware though. Other than that, phone support is about your only option.

Same here. It would be nice if there was a possibility to rotate them.

The question you can't remember does show all the time... on the plus side the phoneline help seems to be bugged also... i keep pressing for english and i get german all the time, i do speak german too.. but i can't seem to find the option to go trough an operator instead of the automatic bot....

I've been trying to get through since saturday when I'm not at work and have gotten no where.

Just annoying that Bioware put so much effort into testing the game, the decided not to test there customer support services. 5 Days of Dial tones is too much!
