My server's population appears to be exactly the same as well. There will no doubt be a drop in players in general now that the free month is up, but that's standard for every MMO launch, nothing to freak out about.

I just checked myself and one server with a login queue and 15 light servers. I guess your experience = everyone's. Things seem okay on my server but than again I made sure to roll on the highest populated server anyway. I'm sure the people on those light servers would disagree though.

This game isn't going anywhere - also, note how there is 0 talk of Server Mergers. No on is even asking for them, nor will they within any notable time frame. That game is being bought up by more and more people each day - and there will be several waves of new players. We haven't even begun to see the beginning of the sustained population of players that will be participating in this game over a general length of time. I assure you - this game will be fully operational (and populated) several years from now, maintaining the same subscription based model it has today.

You need to learn to use the search function, there have been numerous Server Merge threads.

I logged on today and saw 205 people on the republic fleet, around the same number on the imp one. L2 not roll light servers.
