Voice would be nice but, flaming on voice would be recorded? NOT "i will reported bla bla" have few discussion or whatever i have seen

Why because the size of a audio file... And probabably a few legal problems also. dunno

I normally use TS, if a friends come to party we say want to come to TeamSpeak if he wants he cames if not... he choise... But normal ingame voice are NEVER has good has Ventrillo or TS... So people that like to use vent or ts like me will never use a ingame voice chat! So no point on adding
Simple... No need. Just a wast of energy time etc...

This should be used only in grouping and team situations

To the people who voted No to the poll:
BioWare proudly proclaims to have a fully voiced MMO. Did they say it was limited to only pre-recorded voice?

I agree this should only be in group/team setups. I dont want to hear some random person blasting whatever crap music they are listening to while I am questing. But it would have to be as decent in quality as TS or Vent and would need much of the same options. They tried this wow and it was never used... ever... but that was mostly because of the poor audio quality and the lack of control with it. Let the group leader set it up, allow for them to mute certain people (individuals can always mute someone for themselves), and allow at least up to the amount of people needed for the group quests. (Possibly more if raiding is ever brought into the game).

Also, as an added benefit... any software to make an individual sound like they are talking through a stormtrooper helmet would be awesome.

Bad idea not good for server at all. takes up alot more server space more connection issues and will degrade server respose time for all players.
The second party programs like team speak and ventrilo are by far the best programs to use to speak with others now if Bio Ware want to make its own secondary system that links players from the game to a remote server or secondary TOR Comm program to reduce server lag I welocme it but as it stands Ventrilo is the better idea.
Player to player seperate link is faster than a game server link that is streaming data to you while your haveing to talk player to server -server relay to other players. I will still stick with what gets my msg out faster because echos are annoying.

FYI FULLY VOICED MEANS YOU CAN LISTEN TO EVERY NPC WITHOUT HAVING TO READ PAGES OF TEXT.

This has nothing to do with in game voice capabilities.

Voice chat works great in LOTRO, hope to see it in SWTOR.
