If I'm not mistaken, you can target party members by clicking on them when using the operation panel. The downside to that, is that you cannot see comps....

A dungeon finder is absolutely needed. I have spent in excess of 4 hours trying to find a group for hardmodes before just giving up and logging off. It just an issue of game access. People are not going to play a game where they can't access all of the content on their own schedule.

Just for reference, i am in the top 100 on world of logs for firelands on a holy paladin, this is before they changed holy radiance to a spammable spell. Not bragging whatsoever, just showing im not a complete buffoon.

Single click heals and mouseover healing does half the work for you.
