Hi all,
I just started this game a few days ago.
I downloaded, have setup and am using the android mobile authenticator app, I'm very impressed with how easy it was to setup initially.
Unfortunately today I dropped my phone 2 stories and busted the heck out of it, i'll need to hand it in tomorrow to get fixed and i'll likely have a loan phone.
Can I set up another phone/authenticator on my account, or do I need to ring overseas to customer support to get it removed? (I'm in Australia)

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your security key app.

You will need to call Customer Support to have your security key app removed from your account.

im not customer service, but i saw a similar post to this where they were told to call CS in order to remove the authenticator. thats most likely what youll have to do =)

just be aware they havent fixed it so you can add it again, it keeps saying that the code you put in is wrong. and then it bugs out and asks for your security code everytime you log in.

sounds like I should just wait for my phone to get fixed then?
