So why not give all those who pre-ordered this medal in stead of those who continue to sub?

My problem is that I bought a SE because my CE took way too long to get to me and I didn't want to miss out on EGA. So not only did I pay $210 (and subsequently received 60 days) but now I have to pay even more to get the title. Meh, I will.

I personally could give a hoot about titles and doo-dads in my inventory.

What I do care about are game mechanics that work, boss encounters that are nearly bug free, quest lines that are bug free, internal and external security to help ensure cheaters are caught and banned... these are some of the MORE important things to me as a customer who forked out the money for the CE.

So perhaps due to the fiasco which is been ongoing with PvP and PvE issue, BioWare do the right thing and extend 1 more month free.

You want us to support you? You want us to tell our friends to put their time and energy into something worthwhile? Then give us something worthwhile. We don't want halfassed knee jerk reactions to game play.

I reference back to how Blizzard treated their customer base at the dawn of a new age - they gave their customers a feeling that they really did care about their business and support, what will you do BioWare?

Will you own up to your mistakes, seek ways to fix those mistakes and listen to what people are telling you?

Am I personally entitled to anything from you? Well yeah kinda I am. I am because you billed this out to be a fantastic game in which I should put my money and time into. I did that, I did it because you told me this title was fantastic and that I was going to love it. Well I haven't loved it, in some ways I've enjoyed it but I don't think I want to support it.

So I as a customer of BioWare, am asking you to give me and the million plus other players a one month extension of game time while you sort out the problems and come to us with a solid plan for the future.
