It says I don't have a subscription even before I tried to cancel... but when I opened the subscription tab it had my reoccurring subscription and CC listed.

So there's no cancel button like the help center says....

So then I remove my credit card from my billing info... yet it's still listed that it'll reoccur on the 19th....

Is there any way to make sure I cancel?

Same here. I had used my credit card to purchase the game and had setup PayPal as the subscription option, both were listed and even after I deleted both payment options I came back later and the subscription showed that it was going to renew on the 19th using PayPal. I too would like some clarification on this from Bioware.

P.S. If they come and lock or delete this thread for being "off topic" or not praising Bioware enough, I'll show you what a Sith can really do! (the power of rage-quit muahahaha!)

This is not conducive in any sense of the word.
If things get any worse, I'll have to ask you to stop helping me.

Just looked at my subscription section mine is the same too. You better fix this BW/EA cause I'm not gonna call you again to waste 2 hours of my day waiting in a queue just to cancel my subscription. I will do it the other way and just have my bank block any transactions done by you.
