A 50 is just another player, geared or not. I can still heal, move the ball, cap a point, and block the enemy from doing all the same, if they are 50 or not.
In a 1vs1 against a level 50 version of myself will I die? Yes. But if I'm in a 1vs1 in a warzone I'm doing it wrong and deserve to die. Whirlwind the higher player, shield up, sprint away and get back to moving the ball or capping a point.
Well said, if your lower lvl there is still alot u can do, in any given WZ. Going head to head with a geared 50 probably isnt one of them. Ive some of the most with this game so far in WZs as a "lowbie".

Anger isn’t the right word – perhaps frustration over a stupid match-up? Would anyone pay to watch the New England Patriots crush a high school football team? OK, maybe it would be funny to watch the Pats do it the first time, or two, but after the 100th time proved that the outcome was a foregone conclusion, you’d probably conclude that watching the match wasn’t that much fun and didn’t have a point for either team.

Go level up a new character to 10 and see how much fun you have in warzones. It's pretty much the same experience from 10-49 due to no expertise.

Anyways this thread is pointless since lvl 50 only warzones are very close.

As a level 50 who "pugged" almost ever single warzone I played since release, I see it from the other angle.

I look at players who are still below 30 and impossible to heal. People in this level bracket and lower definately fall into the "three strikes and your out" rule. Against 50s they cannot live long enough for me to even toss them a heal much less keep them alive in a dog fight. They are dead and respawning before my first heal has even finished casting even in a one vs one.

I also look at the people who think it is a good idea to jump into a warzone before level 14. Not having sprint is a hinderance to the whole team regardless of which warzone you play. Even with no level 50s in the equation, these people seriously need to reconsider their decisions.

Frankly, nobody will be happier than me to see level 50s get their own bracket. Let the levelers play in a event where expertise does not come into play and bolster actually works. Because add in expertise from high level battlemaster gear and you can do nothing to bolster the lowbies enough to make it a far fight. At least with level 50s without the pvp gear, they still stand a chance in the fight. But everyone else below them facing off against well pvp geared level 50s and it is like sending ants to take on an elephant.

I am not mad, but I was there in beta when PvP gear (read: the Expertise stat) was not implemented, and I couldn't believe how balanced the PvP was from level 1-50 (back then you could queue at any time).

So it is silly that BioWare didn't see the same things that I and others did and implemented a PvP stat that required them to separate those with it from those without it.

So you want to gate PvP gear progression through raids, then? If you really love PvP, you need to join a raiding guild post-haste, and raid your little butt off, so you can get the gear you need to PvP?

Do you have no idea how to read? I specifically clarified the STAT EXPERTISE. Expertise breaks the bolstering system, not being able to obtain gear through PvP. Jesus Christ I wrote two sentences and you couldn't even read that?

OP, now I am mad

As a lvl 50, I prefer to only get matched up against other 50s as well, sometimes I even feel sorry for the sub 50s even though IMO they can make a huge impact on a match.

If you're not lvl 50, stop and think what you can do to better help your team. You don't have to be lvl 50 to ninja plant a bomb or hack a turret. You don't have to be lvl 50 to volunteer to defend a point so that the 50's can fight at the front.

Having more 50s on your team doesn't win you the game, the sub 50s working together as a team often is the determining factor.
