If u wanted nothing but open world pvp..you missed the Warhammer train by about 3 years.
Warhammer was a fail and isn't really anything you want to compare too.. SWTOR doesn't have to be and no it won't be a zerg fest if it is done right. I assume by your comment you have never played Daoc open PvP .. so please stop assuming that is what will happen in an open world. It's close minded players that can't see both sides of the coin when it comes to both pvp and pve

I guess having access to all their skills/talents and EXPERTISE has zero impact upon the outcome of a fight right? Sure better organized teams will dominate lesser ones but if you take two equally organized teams and the difference is 20 levels of skills/talents and 50 PvP gear. We both know who is going to win the vast majority of the time.

And.... somehow it's going to get better now?

If you're getting creamed by the side with more level 50s... why do you have hope that after the patch that side will have fewer 40s?

The only difference this makes in balance... is that now the 50s on your side can't help you fight back.

No more relying on your side's premades. You're going to have to earn a win yourself.
You can try to explain PVP to the ignorant... but you cannot Force them to understand it.

Full premades versus Full premades yes pls.
But for those pvp guilds looking to steamroll puggers i will say ---> NO

Had my fair share of losses against premades in 2004/2005 untill i could join a good pvp guild.
If premades can roll puggers i instandly /quit
There is no fun in steamrolling.

Level 50 bracket with the ability to make a 4 man premade is good enough and i dont mind htat as getting 3 friends aint hard.

Iam very disapointed in the world pvp department...faction imbalance...lack of fixes.

There's a huge difference between a 50 in normal gear(or 49 or whatever level under) and a 50 in PvP gear. Even if a team has a bunch of 40s, it's nothing compared to having a couple of geared 50s. You either don't have PvP gear, or you believe that it's only your superior skill that makes everyone else hit you like wet noodles while you tear them apart.

Sure 40s are still going to have an advantage over 20s, but at it's way less than 50s because on top of the talent and skill advantage, 50s also get a gear advantage which is extremly big(~15% more dmg/less dmg taken/more healing done and 25-30% more health).

The real failure is the joke bolstering system and no rating system. Premades should not be grouped with solo's and the pos bolstering system needs to disappear and they need to bring in real brackets that split up all the levels with cross server queue's.

When people complain about level 50's in the warzone, they don't fully understand what they're complaining about.

I'm a decently good pvp player, I understand kiting, strafing, proper manipulation of stuns, knock-backs and the various game mechanics as a whole. As a level 50 heal spec mercenary with a few 50 pvp gear pieces I am still able to be killed (quite fast in a lot cases) by lower level players if they take the time to focus fire me. Most of the time my level 15 assassin feels like it has more survive-ability than my level 50 wearing heavy armor with healing abilities.

Level 50's do have an advantage over lower level players but it is hardly as game breaking as people think. Most of that advantage comes from experience and familiarity of their characters. I will be very happy to continue to play my lower level characters against level 50's any day of the week.

Game companies that make changes to their games based off of ill informed customers' complaints usually destroy that particular aspect of the game. I am truly sorry that the warzone population can't see that things are well balanced as they now stand.
sry your whole wall of text is pointless.
1) you are 50
2) you are a fotm class
3) you talk knowing 1 side of the story.

Please explain me how fair a full pvp set with expertise is against a lvl 49 without expertise. Please do tell me.

Nope... I'm pretty sure it's my superior skill making the Battlemaster operatives cry when I'm still in half Centurion.

Yes because taking down a class that only does well when in stealth is so difficult. Either way I'm pretty sure you are just full of **** and want to continue to farm on lowbies. Face it, the bolstering system is garbage and this game needs real bracketing.

Heavens no, it's not at all difficult to beat a class that begins in stealth, chain stuns, opens with a burst that drops you to death's door and refuses to enable your resolve bar. Anyone can come back from that easily.

Try not to infer my own feelings on the subject based on disagreement with the notion that things will get "better" after the patch for sides that were already getting steamrolled.

A premade is a premade, regardless of level.
Skill differences are skill differences.
Level differences are level differences.
Gear disparity is gear disparity.

The 50s may hurt more, but if anyone is expecting the odds to magically shift in their favor, they may be experiencing a delusion. Make whatever bracket you want, many games have brackets. Allow me to introduce you to a term you may be unfamiliar with -- twink.
