I have a suggestion. If you make 5-10 million dollars in preorder revenue, can you use it for more customer service for the release/launch. Maybe some of it?



PS The redeem method was idiotic. Here is a method for the future. When you sell preorder codes have the last eight digits be the date/time purchased. Then you do not have this redeeming nonsense. Then you have a post with a list as the roll out takes place.

Dear customers will be updating this list as we roll out invites. We can not guarantee when invites will be given but we hope this gives you a guide. If issues arise on the server side, delays should be expected.

This way we can see where we are and if we want to take a chance and take a day off work it is our issue. If I see I am the 45th wave I will not take off work.

Oh I promise you they have a list but it would be stupid for them to publish WHEN people are going to get in because what happens if they have a server issue and it delays your enrty.....

You will be right back here griping about that. Just be patient.

I disagree, the more info you give customers the better, the gripes are not about the rollout speed but about the method, and lack of information. Yes, people will complain if the servers have hiccups but there is no getting around that in any launch, this will solve the pre-order limbo status and eliminate the "redeem" mechanic which makes no sense.

Even now an estimated list would be a good idea even if it's based on the "redeem" system which is the bane of my existence.
