Fresh 50's screwed after bracket?

of course it does, but that doesnt mean the difference won't effect the outcome.

Try fighting someone with 17k hp and 10+% expertise as a fresh 50 and it will feel like you are level 10 fighting a fresh 50, the only difference being in the former you have more skills that do little damage.

Its still 10%, its not as big as you might think, go try it out on a guildie. In the meantime a level 50 fresh out of the box and still wearing level 40 gear wont have nearly as many hp yes, but if they have been 50 for longer then a minute then there is no way there is a 5k hp difference.

If someone spends more time than you what do you expect? No job in the winter means I got to grind away, yeah, but I put in more time and got the gear. It may be RNG, but if you put the time in, you'll get the gear.

Again. Faulty logic. I was told that at rank 30 by 40's. By the time I was their rank I still had less. Then I was told by rank 50's if I get there I'll have more but I still had far less. RNG means it's random. Given that it's random it's possible to never obtain the piece of gear you want.

It brings back memories of me trying for 6 months of raiding back in vanilla wow to complete my set lol.

If you think there's this wall of progression by people who are already geared against those who aren't... how did the people after the rushers and the premaders get their gear?

10% exp alone amount for 22% dps buff (90% dmg vs 110% dmg) ... popping exp consumable / having cooldowns ready while he does not and the difference is gone. Will top geared player be stronger ? Sure ... but it's not as big as ppl make it.

The thing is in addition to better equip he can also be more experienced/play in premade ... nerf experience and premades.

Coming from someone who plays in premades 100% of the time (I refuse to pug.) I wouldn't mind premade vs premade only. I actually prefer fighting premades. Luckily on my server practically everyone rolls in premades. 9 premades going empire side and about 4-6 republic side.

OP, you're right. It's absolutely foolish how Bioware is doing this.

Man it's just called bad luck, and it happens. When you're 60, you get the comms for champ gear, and after tomorrow you'll get comms for BM gear. So post 60 you'll be straight grinding for each piece and it will most likely end up being slower than the RNG system. Many will complain now that it takes too long and want it shortened, because in the end, all they want is the gear without working for it. They'll whine about whatever system they have, because they want it given to them. They are changing it tomorrow.. so everyone will get their so-called wish. But each piece will take over a week(I can't confirm this, as I haven't looked at BM prices on the pts. I'm just guessing according to other gear comm prices.), so we'll see how it turns out.

How? By making everyone naked? This will be truth and fact for every mmo with gear.
