In all honesty...if you can't find groups for FPs and HMs...you shouldn't play MMOs.

Premade warzone groups are all the rage on the server I play.

I was replying to the OP's logic regarding the LFD tool, and his backwards logic that it breeds laziness.

The PvP finder is NO DIFFERENT from a LFD. You push a button, you join a game, you might or might not see them again.


Seriously, please, keep trying to tell yourself that you're some kind of paragon of gaming. This is fun.

Most mmo players of today don't expect to be added to some random person's friend's list, or to add some random person to their friend's list. In fact, most people find that very rude.

That just makes it doubly hard to find a group.

This is one of the most rude things anyone can do in a mmo. Not only that, but try being a tank or healer when people think it's fine to whisper you out of the blue all game session long.

My opinion is that it is you that has absolutely no idea about mmos and how things work in modern mmos. The internet, and the mmo genre, has become a place to be very wary of as far as "letting in" relatively random people. There's all kinds of weird, angry at the world, malevolent, drama filled, players out there. Doing an instance run with them is one thing. Having anyone you have ever grouped with think it's ok to whisper, invite, etc etc. is entirely another.

No need to visit I took screenshots of the convos (cant figure out how to insert them here tho, dont think we can). I also reported the people doing it but I doubt anything will come of it. Thats why I laugh when I read about all this "Community" crap and how cross-server LFD will "ruin" it.

Not at all. Just that i think your opinion about MMO´s are so outdated it scary. The game will not survive without at LFG tool that´s just plain facts.

If you you can´t accept that you maybe should stop playing new MMO´s and go back to FFXI.

That said FFXI is by far the best MMO I played but it would been so much better with a LFG tool.

Just to let you guys know...it is 1030 server time, and I am running hard mode false emperor with people from my friends list. time to organize: 3 minutes. Hardly peak hours.
