This is just silly, and I'm assuming that you're trolling. The assumption that you're making is that the opperative would have the jump on the other stealther for some reason, even though it's a situation that is obviously a 50/50 chance of who spots who first.

I've caught opperatvies and scoundrels as they were attempting to set up, and killed them with my sniper, one of them was a notorious buff stacker who is also pretty good. If you pay attention and have a little bit of luck, you can spot a stealther and tag them with a rifle shot, or whatever to break their stealth.

Operative out of stealth against an opponent who is at full health generally means that operative is haveing a bad day.

If you can't hunt down an op with your shadow and get better than 50/50 odds of who spots who first, that's a personal problem.
Nerf not, lest ye be nerfed.

Man, I tried scoundrel today. I got 17550 hp and 547 expertise. He killed me 4 times in a row without any biochem. Averagely it took him 4-5 hits to finish me. What my biochem would change? Scoundrel has enough CC to waste any buffs...

But that might also be because well... from my viewpoint, the Empire is the new Alliance as far as skill and ability, a ton of them, all geared but really don't have the skill to back up the gear, so as more Reps get to 50 and know how to play they tend to get roflstomped.
Really?

You must not have seen any good Jugg's in action. They can bring the hurt and can have top dps in matches. Though it is usually Sorcs that top the DPS list.

Getting hit by a 5k crit quickly followed by a 3k crit is no fun when they are also wearing heavy armor.

Good thing very few people know how to play them well.

Marauders have a pretty high learning curve. Bioware stated they intend to make it a "less intensive" class. However on that note; I'm currently missing 6 pieces of "Champion Gear" and the rest is all champion and I have neither Weapon for PvP both Orange with lvl 47 Hilts.

I have 1 v 1 every class in Battlemaster gear and won.

So to the person who started the thread; I do suggest giving Marauders a shot. En-light of all of the excitement about Operatives being OP; well my new video will be a compilation of Geared 50 Operatives getting wrecked. =)

Juggs are easy to kite, on top of that I deliver a 4500 crit followed up by a 3500 breach regularly. Most classes, including Juggs, tend to be nearly dead if not dead after my initial salvo.

has to be operative/scoundrel hands down. They have first strike with a high dmg opener that gives them a long cc that allows them to follow up with more dmg and if they cant finish the kill they have good escape options. They need to make ajustments to the opener and overall dmg. To have first strike with that much dmg is silly.

After that its sorc/sage. But the only thing that puts them on the list is the bubble and all the stupid crap they can do in huttball(which shouldnt have anything to do with balance since they can just make adjustments to the game mode).
Swtor needs more pvp

The answer, as others have mentioned, is the Bio-Chem class.

I'd like to wait till the 1.1 nerf to Bio-Chem before we declare any class OP in PVP.

its not 50/50, operatives/scoundrels has +2lvl detection in dps tree and thats huuuuge adventage.

Yeah, just find good operatives. And include them in your video. I bet win/lose ratio will be like 10/90... Sentinel perhaps has some chanses when attacks first (CC immunity and some CDs help), but if operative opens on him then sentinel loses 10-11k hp in first seconds and it's become hopless...
