Republic has given up PvP on my server.

I'm sorry, but you must be wrong. What you observed suggests that cross server pvp might be a good idea. However, myopic wisdom dictates that cross server things are automatically bad and magically ruin communities in a game that doesn't even have a designated lfg channels! Clearly, it's your fault that you're not enjoying the community aspect of being Rolf stomped by the same premades in nine of ten games. Shame on you, sir!

World Pvp in this game is never gonna happen. Why you ask? because the devs all stated their favorite faction is empire, they get btter skills and all the cool looking gear, so why would anyone wanna play republic?

They dont, everyone i know already switched sides because they know nothings gonna happen to the balance.
there is ZERO incentive to play republic, they have nothing while empire gets it all.

you new or you somehow missed most republic skills have a 1-2 sec delay while your are instant? maybe u should check what game ur playing again.

yeah ratio wise repub is TOTALLY screwed, and the changes to illum is gonna make it tenfold worse unless they give us some stupid crap like tenacity was in WoWs wintergrasp..
And no repub is not a bunch of nubs, we have our number of them, but most of the kiddos flocked to sith sorcs lol.

Solution

Insta bolster all republic to level 100.. give them uber super insta win battledragon lootz in the post.

I'm republic on Luca Sene, eu pve server. Am only about valor 22 so not too experienced, but do try to do the daily every day.

Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. Am often seeing the same republic people again and again so even when its all puged we often work together. My biggest worry is the bug where a lot of wins are not counted towards the daily. Often when we win its because we played to win, while the empire players just go for kills against the lower level players. Last night did a couple of premades with guildies (note we a casual pve guild) where only 2 of us had any pvp gear, won both games very easily.

Things may change when its 50 only bracket, or when the majority of players hit 50, but currently it seems fairly even on my server for number of wins.

Got to love watching a level 10 get a door in voidstar because all the defenders are too busy standing 40 yards away trying to kill a 20k hp tank with healing support.
