I hope they stay missing.

Good thing no one cares about your opinion then, right?

That's not at it at all. The things he listed attract a certain type of person, particularly combat logs, group-wide DPS meters, etc. Bioware has repeatedly said that they want SWTOR raiding to be more accessible and as such e-peen enhancement tools like groupwide DPS meters (which are a direct result of combat logs) would be contrary to Bioware's vision of SWTOR raiding. This is why we'll be getting a DPS meter, but it will only show our own DPS for personal improvement. This in my opinion is absolutely perfect, because while I never had a problem keeping up with the elitests of WoW - and most of the time blowing their numbers out of the water, dear god were they the worst kind of MMO player, and brought nothing to the community whatsoever.

Good gravy, they've been busy! Sure, there is still a lot to do, but by golly, this gives me faith it will be taken care of. And to the posters whining about the textures... you should just unsub now. Read a few dev posts and you'll see why. Don't let the door hit you on the way out! Meanwhile the rest of us will be enjoying the new AA settings... :-)

Ya I for one am so impressed by 1.1 . This is the fastest progress I've ever seen on an MMO release in terms of both new content and bug fixes. The bug fixes particularly are almost too numerous to count, and address quite a few major issues.

There's plenty of fixes in there several that people have been complaining about.

Just because they haven't fixed everything wrong with the game with the first major patch doesn't mean they aren't working on fixing the game.

There's a lot of patch notes between those two lists, and it's not everything, but it's certainly a start, and shows that they are trying to put in fixes where they currently can.

Nice quality of life upgrades. This patch needs to have quite a bit more seasoning before its done though.
  • Companion abilities that have been disabled by the player no longer toggle back on when the companion is re-summoned.
  • Corrected an issue that caused the indicator that a companion wants to talk to you to disappear.

considering the amount of lack within the release, you would think they could atleast double the amount of fixes and additions with this upcoming patch..
