Sell All Grey Items vendor button
Auto-stacking for items entering and leaving the bank
Crew Skill materials deposited directly into the bank
Global LFG channel/Better LFG system
Better PvP matching (based on valor and groups?)
Better GTN interface )
Round your light/dark side points for those with diplomacy
Shift Click Names to get /who information (and in Right Click Menu)
Groups stay grouped after a warzone
Ability to unbind the \ key from opening the ticket creation window
Option to auto sort inventory by rating/type/price.
Customizable UI (scale, moveable, etc too much to list)
Allow multiple gumps to be present on screen and the ability to drag them around with their position remembered. No more companion returning from a mission and closing you out of a vendor.
Icons on Operations Frames to denote player role, determined by their talent tree, to quicker way to realize who is a Healer, DPS, or Tank.
Macro system
Dual-spec
Heroic Repeatable Quests appear as a different color on the map after you've completed it for the first time. (light blue)
Character idle animations, such as rolling arm to relieve shoulder pain, studying your new armor, brushing dust off of self, looking off into the distance. Characters are statues as of now.
Moving items into Vault and vice versa should stack with any previous stacks of said item.
Items purchased from a commendations vendor can be sold back for a full commendation refund before it is used/equipped.
Vehicles allowed in spaceports.
Target of target
Weapons Preview
Combat Log
Roll Function
Day/Night Cycles
Ability to mute companions
Server forums
Ability to keybind space combat controls
Swimming
Better raid frames (debuffs are incredibly tiny)
Dark/Light side requirements on lightsabers/relics. If you want them you are forced to gain alignment a certain way and not choose whatever you want.
Deserter debuff for warzones
LFG comments get cut off
Training dummies
Guild Hall/Ship
Guild Bank
Specific AC icons on PVP scorecard
Allow to see scorecard during a warzone and not just the end
Tab targeting doesn't always work correctly

None of these are innovative, just standard for mmo's.

lol...this~~

fact that you can make a page long list of VALID things that are MISSING fron this game is just plain embarassing.

For me the innovation is incentive to level alts ie Legacy system incentive to group up ie Social system, moddable loot that is going to be expanded upon and will allow us to wear what we want when we want and it be actually viable without having to cosmetically alter appearance and most importantly the incentive to actually feel like my character has a story and personality.

It seems Bioware is very pleased with the number of people staying subbed and as for him being shocked by all the negative feedback, I don't think they accounted for all the disgruntled WoW people who lost most of their guild members. LFR came out just in time to save that game from further decline because the stragglers still can play without their guild. But the fear of other MMO's dying due to SWTOR is what is fueling all the hate for this game. Any veteran of a MMO over the age of 15 is going to expect most of the problems this game has. It will always be this way until the day MMO's cease to exist.
May the common SENSE be with you, ALWAYS!

ummm you mean, the innovation is in the tab that says "things will be added here at some later date, if ever"?

BF BC was innovative for the desctuctible environments.

BF3. I play and enjoy BF3, but it's not innvotive, it's rehashing old BF games.

So i take it you haven't played any of the previous BF games?
QFT. BF3 just pushed the graphics a little farther. Wasn't anything groundbreaking. Its basically BF2 with better graphics.

The only innovative thing this game has is the fully voice overed class quests....which they took straight from their previous games. In fact, the class quests would have been even better if they would have created a single player game. Due to being able to change the world as the story progresses.

The rest of the features are at a bare minimum like many here suggest.

BF3 is worlds apart in innovation than Swtor is....only problem is BF3 is plagued with bad net code....just like all their previous games.

The only stagnant FPS is the CoD series...since CoD 4.

I wish they would stop gloating and get to more fixing.

i'd argue this is an useless overburdening frill that adds nothing to the gameplay, rather than "innovation"

Just to name a few. This game has an incredible amount of features that others don't. Just because it dosnt have a few features that you think are important dosnt mean they aren't right.
This will be fun.
Class quests, VO, cutscenes all fall under story which is the one place bioware innovated. That said let's crush your illusions:
Companions: EQ and star trek online
Crew skills: star trek online
Mini games: star trek online, EQ
Instanced pvp and end game content at launch: rift (I want to say WAR and conan too but I'm not positive)
Lightside/darkside is just a faction like any other that we've been grinding since EQ and before
Immersive combat: what the frack are you smoking? It doesn't require any more thought than mafia wars. Oh no, look for a proc which we've been doing for TWENTY YEARS
Completely moddable armor: technically you have a point, but really its just gems and enchants by any other name
Edit: forgot group loot. Also found in rift at launch

Cover mechanic
Less rigid adherence to the mmo trinity than most mmos
Way more crafting diversity and gathering skill usefulness
More diverse and useful cc
Lightsabers

Everquest circa '99 had both Lightsabers (Warrior Epic) and Surnames (At level 20).

8 of these aren't features in wow, 3 of them are coming to swtor on Tuesday, and 4 of them are features unique to swtor that you want to see improved but don't even exist in other mmos. 2 of them are also already in game (selling grays and idle animations). My Jedi does light saber tricks all the time.
Wow was copying Mario Brothers in every respect.
-A world (or many worlds)
-the color red in game
-you have to buy it
