Oh snap they're adding a bracket for the highest level in pvp?
innovative. (more like should have been there to begin with if you're putting in level 50 gear that gives stats specifically for pvp..?)

Adding anti aliasing?
(You mean that thing invented in the 70s?)

Adding 3 more instances and some raid bosses?
As if the first 15 weren't boring enough. The bosses do nothing out of the ordinary, the trash is still trash, the lfg is still a spam fest. Nothing to see here.

Can sugar coat it with excuses, and jedi mind tricks all you want. The game is stil lacking majorly in overall appeal.

If it didn't say star wars on it, I'm not entirely certain it would make it in the long run.
Unfortunately sir your wasting your breath on the "OH it so shiny !!" crew, they cant see 6 months down the road.

This game is a rigid rail , single player game with long gaps of travel time to slow it down

The heroic areas take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes to complete so social interaction in this game is almost unnecessary, the bulk of the game is solo.

PvP is a joke ( who has the most 50's or scoundrel/operatives to nuke all the lowbies solo for the big win).

And lastly this company seems like it is in slow motion to address anything and I mean anything; bugs, exploits, imbalance, content of any worth.

There are still bugs for christsake that are left over from beta.

To sum it up most of these guys calling us nuts will be the same ones repeating what we already see in 3 or 4 months.

I have one question to all the Swtor lovers.

If this game is so fantastic why are you here on the forums wasting quality time?

Did you play the beta? Curious becacuse I never buy anything of high value without reading reviews and/or testing what I'm going to be buying to ensure I'll be happy with it. So I'm somewhat mystified that you would spend that kind of money on something it turns out you don't like?

Yes me finding something rehashed and washed up immediately makes me an instant grat.

I'm sorry that there is literally nothing new to this game, choose to accept it as a reality or blow it off because of the franchise i dont care.

Still debating over gw2, but I can name atleast 10 major things from that game that are new and innovative. (AT RELEASE)

If Bioware takes the steps necessary in the next 3-6 months it probably won't be. A lot of people for whatever reason "need" a MMO to keep them occupied. Those people will stay as well as the KOTOR/star wars and a lot of other players. I expect massive improvements in that time frame to get this game close to what some of the better MMOs or MMO expansions were. They may equal or surpass or fall short.

But right now its the best of a bad situation and it still has upside whereas older MMOs usually don't have as much opportunity as they age.

What is missing is that feeling of being "obsessed" with the game, you know feeling you use to have playing "insert game here" when it was all you could think about morning , noon and night.
You couldn't wait to get back to the game and finish that quest or get in that raid for a chance at that awesome drop.
Don't get me wrong, I like the game , it's fun and I enjoy playing BUT, let's be honest here...it's not challenging at all (unless you are a total noob who draws adds), there really is no real threat of dying every time you step off the shuttle and onto a new planet.

I agree with the original poster. This game has nothing new. Its the same old junk with diff graphics. BioWare has done nothing ground breaking or innovative that hasn't been done before. I have no hope they will either. As it is the game with all its many many issues feels more like its still in Beta

Guild controls are jacked up
UI controls are jacked up
UI in general sucks
Companion controls are jacked up

this is the stuff I have exp with and I'm only lvl 31 I've heard allot worse from people who are lvl 50.

At this point I am trying real hard to think of any reason to pay for a game that is obviously not ready to be paid for.

I never expected much from this game so I can't say I'm disappointed. I've simply given up hope than anyone will produce a quality game anymore.

Jobs. Look it up. Many work days, play at night.

That you consider this an argument saved me time from having to listen to you further.

149.99, big whoop.
But to be fair, your computer is an investment worth making imo.

Congrats on your clairvoyance. You're ovbviously smarter than the rest of us. I bow to your superior intellect in being able to see so clearly what a game that's less than a month old (beta isn't the game) is going to look like 4 to 6 months from now. Maybe Bioware should hire you since you seem to have all the answers.

so let me get this straight you just spent 150 bucks and are going to quit. Your reasons are basically swtor is the same as every other mmo on the market, they didnt INNOVATE or do anything outside the NORM that any other mmo has not done.

then you go on to say that the mmo formula is proven and it is proven to work. which is basically saying if you dont follow the mmo formula then it is proven to fail. so you bash them for not INNOVATING or being DIFFERENT but then say they would fail if they did INNOVATE or do something DIFFERENT than every other mmo out there.

so let me ask this question. what game are you gonna play since this game is the same as every other mmo with no INNOVATION or did not EXPAND on what came before it. according to what you say you wont be happy with any mmo out on the market, since they are all the SAME and they dont INNOVATE or havent EXPANDED on what came before it.

ps: dont ask why i used random caps, the op did it so i thought it would be fun.
