I just wanted to highlight what I view as good customer service from EA. Yes it took about 24 hours for me to get a reply to my inquiry but this is the email I got:

"I am Protocol Droid G3 - U4 of Human-Cyborg Relations...

I already check your account, it is showing that you are already entitled for the Early Access. No need to worry about the Pre-code. All you need to do is wait for the email that will be sending for the Head Start.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again if there is anything further we can help you with.

It was the little touch of being in a character that brightened the entire tedium that you usually get from a Customer Service team. Therefore, I have to say bravo to EA for putting a little bit of thought and effort behind even the smallest and most mundane things.
