I have a Razer Naga mouse. I initially set up my keybindings (numpad switched) for the right column. At the first login they worked just fine, but now I can't get these bindings to work.

It does work just fine when the switch on the mouse is set to 123, but I need to use the numpad. I know the mouse works fine. Anyone else have similar issues?

Check your in-game settings. The standard hotkey assignments are for 1,2,3,4...not the numpad. I normally have my naga set to 1,2,3 because of that.

Yeah, now it's binding my numpad as end, down arrow etc. I don't know what going on.

You have to turn numlock on to get the keys to register properly.

A others have said, it's a numlock issue, probably caused because you hit numlock to autorun.

For each slot, you can assign 2 keybinds. I assign the keys with numlock switched on, then also assign them with numlock off as the second bind. You should remember to do this with any alt/shift/ctrl binds, too.
