Any MMO that has been released is better than what BW gave us for a game.

This is a poorly developed game and isn't all that complex as far as MMOs go, like a lot of people try to claim. Most features are only half what they should be, almost no enviromental interaction like you see in most MMOs, complete streamlined, greatest features removed.

If compared to a game that came out in '99 it is a poor game. Get real please, this is the worst MMO ever made.

Also dont blame TOR because your PC is below par and takes age's to load.
He's right though, there are far too many loading screens.

This issue is only affecting a small amount of people, To call them lairs just shows your lack of understanding when it comes to how an MMo is made.

No game is going to work perfectly on all machines.

I get better FPS now than in beta, and fewer disconnects.

Same computer and same settings. I'd like the distance slider, if they added it. I'll live without it, though.

I dont have these issues because Im not running a gameboy grade PC. Nor is any one in my Guild. Again this is a classic case of someone with a rubbish PC, blaming Bioware.

I do agree with to many, no need to land at the station and then go to ground etc.. my point was that even WoW has loading screens.

Technology has improved. You can't compare SWTOR of 2012 to WoW of 2004. I mean, you can... but you are living in the past. You have to compare SWTOR to WoW of 2012, which thankfully for SWTOR, isn't as good as the WoW of 2008, otherwise it would be DOA.

Honestly though, it makes the most sense to compare SWTOR to the games that will be coming out this year. We're all looking for that game that we'll want to keep coming back to for years to come. GWII and TSW and TERA are all out this year, and they all have things about them that are really breaking out of the WoW MMO mold. WildStar is going to take everything cool about Star Wars and make it fun. SWTOR can't really point to anything besides the storytelling, and their biggest selling point is the BioWare and SWTOR names. Project Copernicus and ArcheAge could both be refreshing blasts form the past. It shouldn't surprise anyone if the next big thing goes back to the roots. Development is circular.

And you know what the best thing is about all those games that I have mentioned? They don't have a two faction system that is forcing developers to design content for two different sides or spend twice as much effort on classes for half the payoff.

What this game could have been and what this game turned out to be are so far apart from each other it's hard not to get disappointed by it. Yes the game is fun, but it's fun in average and bland I've done this before but I like it because it's a new MMO sort of way and that's not really going to keep the subs high.

Im guessing you have not played many MMO's to say TOR is the worst MMO ever made lol.
I could name 5 that are a lot worst.

Clearly you are new to the MMO world. Why are you even here if you think that lol, surly your life is not that empty.
