That would be a nice QoL addition.

Don't be so dramatic. Sometimes people don't feel like having to wait through 3 load screens to get some crafting done.

You can craft anywhere. Your mats can all be in your ship's cargo hold in space while you are on planet and you can craft to your heart's content from those mats.

I agree with this idea. We need an LFD tool to let us level from 1 to 50 without ever leaving the home planet or our ship. Our ship should have access to the GTN, mail, a good selection of trainers and vendors. At 50 we will be able to use the LFR from our ship.

Those loading screens that you want to avoid are actually in the heart of SWTOR and the designers have placed a lot of faith on to bring in the MMO crowds. You are simply not playing the game as was intended.

This thread started with a simple and innocuous request. But the way the hyperbole is going I bet by page 5 someone will compare mailboxes on spaceships with the downfall of western civilization.

It's just a matter of technology just getting better and thus smaller now. Only other issue is the heat of the plasma, which needless to say, would not be able to be held in one's hand.

On Topic: I would definitely like a mailbox in our ships, with maybe the requirement that you have to land on a planet in order to get the goods being sent.

The same way as an object crafted by you companion on your ship arrives in your inventory.

Actually when i just want to pick something up from another planet so that i can craft, it's quite annoying when i could just do it from my ship.
