So the greater part of the community wants something, but you are not gonna give them because a minority simply want it the "hard" way?
So a tool the increases the fun and enjoyment of the game for the majority of the players is a bad thing? A tool that allows the greater part of the community to play with other players faster, the gives the man easier access to the game's content, should not exist?

And this tool already exists in the game, but for Warzones. And the community going on just fine, as good as it could be.
Just turn this tool to PVE.

And I don't care about you in "my" mmo.

The systems currently in place are *****. No argument there.

How much is greater here though? 30%? 50%? 70%?

I still stand by my opinion of this just segregating the already small server communities further, and queues becoming longer, rather than shorter.

I don't think you can say anything about it until it's in, and neither can I. I can say that now _everyone_ uses guilds and general chat to find groups.

Would be interesting to actually know how much of this community actually reflects the playerbase in game.

Unless you're above level 40, getting a group takes a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are above level 40, a tool won't help you because there's only a couple of >40s on each server.

As for cross-server tools? No. I argued during beta for a single server with multiple instances of each planet instead (this is already implemented anyway), but of course SWTOR had to also copy the bad parts of wow too, and split the community into a bunch of servers.

Now we're segregated into servers, and since black-lists and whatnot don't work cross-server (many people have identical names across servers), you'll have to live with a smaller server community. Tough.

Not needed? Im on one of the highest pop servers in EU and I have to wait about a hour pr flashpoint I want to join. I more often then not ending up with skipping the flashpoint all together because I do not have an hour to vast on waiting.

Single server group/flashpoint finder is needed. Not all of us are unemployed.
And yes, I have a guild, but they have LvLed faster then me so Im stuck 15 LvLs behind them. I could ask them to pull me trough the flashpoints, but where is the fun in that? You’re not doing anything, and youre contributing is nothing. They just steamroll the flashpoint with you on the tow. I rather do a flashpoint the “proper” way with a group that will have some challenge at least doing it, or it becomes boring.

The greater part of the community being the players that don't have time to play the game, making themselves more vocal on the forums so that the company can see where they get most of their money from.
That will make the company even more money hungry, making it even easier as they see that they can make more money with *******r content by making that content easier to complete by those who don't have time to give a **** if they're doing the rotations, speccing the right way or even has any clue of tactics for any given encounter.
That is where you get the LFD tool from.
So now many more people are playing the game, but don't really have time to do it properly, than the people who try to do it properly. Forcing the company to make it easier to make more people flock on feeding the fat cats into becoming even fatter.

THAT is where your entire community is.

And somewhere inside that goop of people who don't know *** they're doing, there are people that actually try to play this game properly by reading up on theorycrafting, rotations, priority lists, gear lists, tactics, reading patch notes and adapting to whatever class changes comes their way. Aka. the REAL gamer community. I bet many of you are part of that community, it's just that you have been tainted by being spoonfed content that you know nothing else.

EU servers must suck then because i have a 28 and a 17 and it doesn't more than 5-10 minutes to find a group with either one and i am not even on a full server.

Just as you do today here in SWToR.

Star Wars The old Republic, welcome back to the 2004. The new retrogame of the year where old WoW players who wanted a Vailla server got what they wanted, just in a si-fi envirement.
So if WoW is everything you ever asked for, why not go there and leave us to this game we actually like?
