SWTOR is definitely a completly different level of quality than Star Trek Online and pretty much any MMO that has come out since WoW. I don't think it will match the success of WoW, but I feel pretty confident that there will be a sufficiently large customer base that is willing to pay a monthly fee for SWTOR that EA will not need/want to change it to a F2P game.

I actually like the F2P models better. I usually spend more money on them also, so it isn't because they are cheaper.
