I accidentally bought the wrong Lightsaber with a Champion token, and put in a ticket to have the Lightsaber I have replaced with another one of the tokens so I can buy the correct one. I read these forums every day and see the CS complaints so I just wanted to ask people who have done this before if this is something BioWare typically fixes before I waste any more time waiting for this ticket. Thanks for any info.

I can confirm that we do preform item restoration however this is done on case by case basis.

We are experiencing a high volume of tickets at the moment and I am afraid we cannot give you an estimation on when you will receive a reply.

I can give you an idea, i put a ticket in on The 2nd of Jan and not had any contact yet
