Scoundrels do seem to be rather lacking in sorcerer-killing abilities. The melee classes are much better at taking them out. I suggest you would be better served by making marauders your priority target - and given the armor-cutting ability of a scoundrel, the tank classes are also your prey. Shadows are the stealth class best suited to killing sorcerers.

But you seem to be complaining that scoundrels should be a ganking class and you can't gank with it. No class is supposed to be able to do that. Every character is tough to kill solo - some classes are better able to beat down others, but in all cases you're looking at a fight that lasts upwards of 20 seconds.

Scoundrels start out with a huge burst of damage. After this, they're supposed to fight.

(Find you're getting killed much quicker than this in pvp? Either you're doing something wrong, or far more likely, there was somebody else attacking you that you didn't notice. Everybody dies to focus fire)
Doh, yes, i mean scrapper. I have both. I never said i didnt do well in pvp i just said sorcs are the toughest to kill by far. im aware of my armor penetration and target tanks as well as marauders but a in big team fights those tanks and marauders are being healed and i would rather help my team by disabling a healer. Once you get past their shield, if they decide to stick around, they're pretty squishy. If no one bothers to help them then its a win! And if they run, i got a healer out of the fight... sweet.

And yes, i expect them to be able to gank once a fight or at least severely disable a key member of a teamfight. Snipers are the easiest targets and i almost always target them, sorcs should be too. Theres no reason they should have everything that they do.

Sorc and BH are both OP. That's the way it is. You can try and make any argument you like to say you're not OP but you are. We know it, you know it, and BioWare knows it. It doesn't make it good or bad, it just is what it is.

I think the reason people feel that sorcs/sages are OP is because when they get killed by one they don't get to fight back too much. They get locked down the whole fight and that doesn't seem fair to some people.

Which Bh? Merc or Power Tech. Arsenal Merc or Pyro Merc? Which Power Tech spec. If you say tracer missile spammers that's one thing but Pyro Mercs are not OP.

A heal specced sage/sorc can have a lot of energy, because they have a skill to refill 8% of their mana if a channeled heal crits. Interrupt their channeled heal and you got them. 120k healing at lvl 10 is NOT a lie, i'll screen shot it next time... As for 700k damage ? never seen anyone come even close to that number before....

Doesn't matter in the end Bioware is pulling in all the numbers from what people are doing in warfronts once they analyze them I'm pretty sure certain classes will be getting a nerf soon..

lmao how can anyone ***** about a sorc being OP. The only heal that is worth using is the 3 second cast heal. Most classes can do more damage than the time it takes for that heal to go off. the only way we could ever keep up with the damage vs heal is if we got crit heals. That still doesn't negate the fact that we die in in about 10 seconds. The bubble only absorbs 3k damage which is nothing. If we didnt have the snares, stuns and the sprint we would be the most useless class in the game. Fact is if we went toe to toe with any class and just used our damage and nothing else we would die in 5 seconds only doing probably 30-50% damage to someones health bar. We need those abilities because we DONT have burst damage. We have LIGHT ARMOR and we take a **** ton of damage and die very easily. So you want to take away our escape abilities so we have no choice but to stand there and let you hit us? All you sorc QQers are *********** idiots who want your class to be Top Dog.

Sorc needs buff. Buff the lightning tree, its pathetic compared to other two.

Otherwise is fine, also one of weakest classes at lvl 50.

for all of the cc talk we havent touched on a very important point: resolve. this game mechanic makes any class with more than 2 cc's stop and reconsider their uses.

With a skilled team they can pretty much keep you CC'ed indefinitely with 3 second breaks.... IMO Resolve should kick in after you've been CC'ed twice and last 10 seconds before going away... this would force people to be strategic with there CC and not just spam it all over the place.

CC is what ruined Warhammer Online... If they don't fix it soon it's going to start frustrating players and will see less people playing warfronts and pvp in general..
