Umm, if you don't have time a level a new toon from 1-30 then you certainly don't have time to level your existing sith from 30-50. Something to think about.

This is an MMO. Whether you play with or see the other players is irrelevant to that fact.

Well, it would take longer to get a rep from 1-50 than an imp from 30-50

This is true, but I was only thinking about getting his Rep character to where his Sith is currently. It's just a odd point for him to make. This is an MMORPG -- if you truly don't have time to level, then you may need to look at other gaming options.

Pretty much this. It would be REALLY tough to bug test switching stories. Heck, I've had trouble in WoW switching sides and getting quests fubar'd for LONG periods of time.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they put in a faction change/server change paid service later in the future. Do you have any idea how much money Blizzard makes off of those two changes alone? EA/BW isn't going to just skimp out on it.

I don't know if they are ever going to consider having a faction change option but even if they do it's not going to come along any time soon.

So you'd be better off creating another char on the opposite faction and levelling it. I think it would be quicker to do that than to wait for BW to get round to offering a faction changing option (if at all).
