Why is your customer service not up to par?

Before I start let me say that i understand the ammount of customers you have. That being said whay has it taken 10 hours and still no response to my question? On top of that it took 4 hours to give me a ticket number!!! so far your Customer Service really needs to improve if you expect people to play for a long time on this game.

There are lots of people wasting CS time by asking stupid things like "WHN MY ERLY ACS START? I PREORDRD IN JLY"

If your leaving over ten hours you cant go to wow.... for a month after patch or expansion the wait times are generally over 2 days for a ticket
