Why are so many people saying this game is bad?

I could play a game like BF3.

I could also just play a few warzones, but that's already lame with all the kids in their mom's basements owning everyone as a level 50.



These 2 statements make everything clear. You are a FPS pvpr and you thought you would come into a MMO and pwnface. I think you get wrecked repeatedly and that is why you hate the game so much.

Less of this nonsense, please. Loving WoW != hating SWTOR. People can, and do, enjoy both. Just because someone points out an area Bioware could improve doesn't mean folk should respond with OMG hater fanboy go back to Azeroth stoopid.

I enjoy both but I fear that a few key issues must be resolved before SWTOR's endgame can be taken seriously by the competitive gaming community. Yet every time any of us point it out, no matter how constructively, we get told we're children and need to quit and play WoW.

It does your side of the debate no credit at all to respond in this fashion - it just makes you look silly and misinformed so, for your own benefit, please stop using that as your stock response to anyone who doesn't agree with your every point.

I want to assume the wages received by the voice actors is/was grossly inflated. The issue that plagues our country for the sake of the all mighty dollar. Which is not mighty anymore. GREED comes from all directions. An American company that outsources their business doesn't need to be in our country anymore. They are all just leeches for the dollar instead of helping their country. This has gone on for decades now and is just one reason why we are in the crapper as we are.

I'd like to not have markets/auction houses. Make player peddle their wares. It's a bit lore breaking anyways for it to be galaxy wide. A player droid vendor with a galaxy wide search feature for instance.

Please list the 'game breaking' bugs that prevent you from playing at all, and are 'not' being prioritized by BioWare at this moment to be fixed.

I guess the lot of you failed to read their recent statement concerning bugs. That's okay, we forgive you.

Please list the dates of which you were unable to play due to server shut downs, and emergency maintenance due to the massive launch of this game. Thanks.

I've had a few bugs on this game but nothing a relog has not fixed. Most who are complaining about this game are the former wow players who are upset the games not a carbon copy of wow completely. Most fun I've had on a mmo here and I plan on staying.

Game forums are always cesspools because they are filled with hateful, unhappy, man-babies that aren't satisfied just walking away from something they don't like. They have to rant and rave and tell the world how bad something is, hoping to find the other man-babies who will validate their opinions.

Don't let these people get you down, though. Understand that the vast majority of people are in-game having fun and don't visit game forums. For every person you see hating on the game there are hundreds that love it.

A game company could release the perfect game, with no flaws, that causes pure joy simply by gazing upon the screen...

and the forums would still be full of people saying it's terrible.
