Yup, same problem here. Although this set of weeklys I finally got some luck.
But previously, I got 4 mainhand weapons and 3 head pieces. Those were the only PvP pieces I had up until today, where I replaced my chest (which I bought with the commedations, so basically a pretty non-existant upgrade) and a relic slot (also had through accomodations and adds nothing to my expertise, and very little to damage output).

I'd also like to add that getting loot for classes not in your party in 4-man HMs is pretty frustrating too. But this is FAR FAR worse. I have two companions with champion pistols. For reals....

The Champion Bag system is just poor design, as are most RNG systems. Pointless time sinks are failures of developer imagination.

I dont know why the champ bags dont just have...champion marks in them. Like it makes zero sense to have centurian marks in a champ bag, champ marks in a battlemaster bag etc.

The devs could've made it so much easier on us if each champ bag had 3-6 champ marks. I can even tolerate that level of randomness (the amount of marks). But its just silly to literally make it a dice roll on getting gear or not.

MMOs are about reward for your effort. The entire genre is based upon this. Playing with your friends and getting rewards that differentiate and help you play with your friends in a more effective manner.
Everyone has their idea for a system they would like for PvP rewards. I like games where you drop everything you have and it gets looted by the person who kills you. Am I on here crying about this game not having that system? No, I'm playing the game to have fun. If you aren't having fun just PvPing in general and you are only doing it to get some piece of gear then the game has failed you already so maybe it's not the right game?

Just because you prefer a system even more asinine than TOR's doesn't make TOR's current Champion bag system any less asinine. All MMO's are designed around Kill=Reward. Fun is important, but pointless RNG detracts from Fun by creating needless frustration.

I like playing Blackjack. That's RNG. RNG is fun for some people. It's really fun when it rolls in your favor. If you want a PvP system that "rewards you for your skill level" well, this is not that game obviously.

Working as intended, just deal with it and accept it is not a instant gratification situation. It is called a grind for a reason. But, thankfully the more people that suck at patience will be gone and I will get to only play with good gamers and not childish kids.

I am looking forward to a hard grind that will take months and months if not years to complete.
Such a trol with zero understanding of what is being said. Your input into a valid point had no merit, and you proved yourself to be a b0ner. It would be even worse if you had to grind for weeks between bags only to get the same item twice, you ballsack!
