wow IS an awesome game. That doesn't mean i want to go back and play it, because i spent way too much damn time on that game.

WoW is the defining standard in MMOs today, and unfortunately SW:TOR fails to live up to wow's standard in many ways...
100% disagree.

WoW is the worst thing to hit the MMO world. It's a cancer that'll one day be purged...I cannot wait to see that game end.

Not one single thing has been said about this game that is NOT opinion to make me think that there is any reason it will fail

There are ALWAYS people who dislike a MMO. Every MMO. If you dislike it, email a dev and unsub. We don't care. Really, we don't. If you MUST make a thread, make one that lists each thing you dislike along with reasonable solutions that will not cause problems for those that currently enjoy the game

PVP = completely broken, u really ??expect me to play the same 3 battlegrounds untill the next expansion, in a lv10-50 bracket oh yea right they've been scaled up << its a joke

No rated pvp<<< !!!!!

honestly i just resubbed to wow just because i missed arena, i hated wow, but just by seeing how bad the pvp on star wars is u made me love it again

SWTOR is like apple

= Lets make an awesome layout so users wont notice the utter lack of functionality

the worst thing is, even the layout sucks...
Obviously you never played WAR during Age of the Bright Wizard Bomb squads or Rift during it's infancy.

Nor did you probably ever play AoC with it's Demonologists and Rangers that could 1 shot anyone.

If you want to claim something is the "most unbalanced" have a little bit more PvP game experience than just WoW.

I posted in another thread and I wonder if the problem isn't with SWTOR PvP, but in fact the players who assume they can play SWTOR Rogues and just back stab maul there opponents in seconds. When finding out they can't. Then ***** about the game not being balanced and go back to WoW.

Unlike a lot of people I very much DO care about people quitting. I remember with horror things going completely wrong for Warhammer Online. It too shifted 1 million+ boxes at release but after a very short period of time the full servers (and all the fun that comes from having loads of people around to play with) turned to desolate wastelands which really spoilt the experience for me.

Try playing a more PvE centric game like SWTOR with a dead server. Server merges would follow but they are never timely. I think players quitting en masse should be a big concern as it will affect the playing experience of those that remain greatly (particularly given how many servers there are to dilute the playerbase).

Just my 2p...
