The Real Reasons why starwars is boring?

I've been playing pretty much every day since this game came out. Personally I love it and I really didnt think I would. I didnt follow it from the beginning. I got invited to Nov beta just off of the email invite because I have an acct with all of my other bioware games.

I usually only like the fantasy MMOs and this game has definitely changed my mind. I have so many options here. I havent even tried pvp yet and I'm still leveling. Going after all of the quests and trying to make all of my companions like me. I cant wait to start the hard core grouping at later levels.

I even have plans for another character and am already thinking of what to play on the other faction to see what is to offer there.

I forsee a good year of playing this game and hopefully there will be an expansion by then =)

I'm not exactly sure why other people dont like it but I guess to each their own.

Again. not really feeling it. you have potential but you need coaching. Any montage music suggestion? We need to do this quickly.

My point is that if you don't like Star Wars the Old Republic don't need to try and make it look like the game is bad or failing. You fail to like the game, not the other way around. As stated, try other genres/games/themes.

I like the Star Wars universe and i enjoy anything well done which follows that theme. This game is good, certainly better than most games from 2011 and any MMO i tried from launch.

No ones forcing you to use lightsabers at any level. Take a good hard look at your abilities as a Jedi.

Lightsaber - Passive
Vibroblade - Passive
Dual Lightsaber - Passive
ElectroStaff - Passive.

Thats right, not every Jedi carried a LightSaber. And aside from that, blades and sabers are hallmarks of the Jedi/Sith. Not sure what you were expecting? Jedi according to the lore prior to the GE coming along had lightsabers from Padawan up. So technically this game is wrong in the fact you have to wait ten levels to get your LightSaber. According to the storyline youve been a Padawan for a long time and your whole reason for being on Tython is to go thru the trials. LightSaber =/= Jedi Knight ....LightSaber = ForceUser.


WoW was nothing more then an EQ copy. Atleast a fully VO story driven MMO is what you get with SWTOR.


Were you expecting giant spikes and robocopesque gear? You obviously never watched the movies.

LMAO go anywhere on any MMO where the traffic is bad and youll experience degraded gameplay. But this here is completely false. I just went to Fleet tonight with over 120 people running around...barely any lag at all. Maybe you should of gotten ahold of a better computer before thinnking the bare minimium would be fine.

The only problem Ive seen with PvP is the fact its not tiered. Bolstering doesnt work when gear and lack of abilities cripple you.


If your so unhappy with the game. Why are you wasting your time complaining. Go Unsub and move on. I dont say that because I want less people playing this game. But seriously, what exactly are you doing by complaining? You arent telling us what youd like to see changed to better get your attention. Your only whining. Whats this formula? Sounded like you were going to try and make up some fascinating fake math problem to show how your right. Instead you repeated what you already said earlier in your post. And to assume that because your unhappy with the game must mean everyone else is too, but for some reason theyre lying....why would they lie about something costing them money? Your obviously selfcentered and cant imagine the world not revolving around yourself if you think everyone must agree with you. And didnt bother buying the game until after I had played long enough to feel satisfied with the direction it was going.

Looks to me what you want is a substitute to your Oedipus Complex which appears to be in the Phallic Stage.
