odd pvp issues

Anyone else having trouble with a lot of assassin moves in pvp? I can't tell if its my comp or an issue with the game, but maul and tumult are almost unusable at times. My guy will be dancing and swinging his lightsaber around for 3 seconds and wont actually hit--and tumult just wont work, even after a low slash. Am I alone here?

Tumult isn't usable in PvP. It only works on weak, standard, or strong targets (players being none of these), nothing else. Maul is probably a lag issue.
