And I know nothing about computer specs, what graphics card is better or worse, etc.

Also you are not entitled to a refund. You bought the game without fully looking into wether you were capable of running it. That was on you. The CS got you into the game with no problem. Any lag is more then likely due to your internet connection or because youve decided because you can run the game, your gonna run it on high. Which is absurd. The listed requirements arent the best, they are the minimium.
Actually, almost every game has a minimum and recommended list of system requirements. Interestingly, this one doesn't. It has one: http://www.swtor.com/info/faq#171060 , and does not state whether it is minimum or recommended. This is actually the first game I've seen do this, actually, and considering the game is essentially an non-working piece of trash with no capabilities of actually run as a well-optimized MASSIVELY multiplayer game, I'm starting to think that the system requirements are intentionally ambiguous.

Isnt there a law that "if we are not satisfied with the product they have to give us our money back", at least Origin dont have to do something like that?
I dont even want the money back, but cancel SWTOR and give me instead BF3.... It would be nice. cause atm I feel like 50€ to the garbage would be better than this
you accepted the terms and conditions

Eula's are generally written by lawers that costs per hour about 6 months of your salary and in the end it's designed for FULLY protecting the game from virtually any harm , not YOU, in every possible aspect. Simply put, it seals the game from being legaly attacked by any means.

Okay, system requirements are more than specs. Do you have Anti-Virus software running? All of your Drivers updated?

http://us.battle.net/support/en/arti...ld-of-warcraft

Here are my specs for my computer:
Intel Xeon W3680 6-core 3.33Ghz
8GB of RAM
ATI Radeon 5800
2TB of HDD

Yet, I cannot play this game (wow) above "Medium" setting. I am not complaining, even on Medium I find the game fun. But I can max SWTOR, and pretty much any other game available (well except for Crysis). I can even max out Starcraft 2, which is made by the same people that make WoW.

But.....PC games are much different than consoles. You have MILLIONS of combinations. Not to mention, there are known to be performance issues with manufacturer drivers. A few months ago, I was playing WOW with two different ATI cards, and every.....single.....tent was pure green. No texture at all. It was a common issue with JUST the ATI Radeon 57xx and 58xx drivers. Also, when I saw these tents, my FPS would drop to about 15. I updated my graphics drivers a week later and it was fixed.

i wish people would understznd when a game says min spec and you are at that min spec do not expect good performance.

you may get better performance a year from now cause they will be optimizing the game.

but to expect a game to run good when u just meet the min spec is not a good expectation

want a refund cause its your fault no way stick to your consoles or go upgrade what you need to upgrade.

if you are not above this games min req its time to upgrade a pc anyways or stay playen older games

I'm pretty sure you will have more cost in legal filings, precedence research and court appearances than you have spent on the ame thus far.

Good luck though, I always like to see court cases where a $50 purchase drags on for years.
