Can't find the Foundry quest anywhere!

I've just recently finished Maelstrom Prison, and am now putting together a group for the Foundry flashpoint afterwards. The only problem is nobody knows where to get the quest, and I can't find it on the Fleet, at the Telos, anywhere!

Any quick help would be appreciated!

Hate to break it to you, but the Foundry quest is an Empire only quest just like Malestrom is Republic only. So as a Republic player you cannot play it. Now if you are an Empire player it is found through interfleet transports and at the White Nova.

After looking at the youtube videos again i now see that... How could I not notice that every single one only has Empire players?...

My dreams of killing Revan are crushed. (until I level up an empire character)
