Can Authenticators from another MMO work with SWTOR?

I got mine from WoW, it's says "Digipass" (brand?)...

can I just register that serial number?...and use it?

Highly doubt it since the algorithms will be different.
Without me, it's just aweso.
i7 950 @ 4.0ghz, ASUS X58 Saber mobo, 12gb RAM@1866mhz, 6970 LIGHTNING, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, BWU Keyboard, Razer Mamba, PC350s, XFX XXX 750w PSU.
This game desperately needs some sandbox elements. Repetitive grinding is not fun.

No. Even assuming that EA is also using Vasco's tech for their authenticators, they still only have access to the necessary data for SWTOR-branded authenticators. The serial number from the WoW one will be completely unrecognizable, making it impossible for the SWTOR servers to verify the number you enter.
