People were and still are anti-social, troll, come and leave groups as they please, etc etc. The only thing that changed with the LFD tool is that we now have a good and viable method of dealing with those people.

You no longer need to maintain a mile long list of people on your server you neither know or care about. You no longer need to endlessly spam trade and whispers to get a simple dungeon group going, not to even mention the headaches of actually gathering up a raid group.

Quite honestly if you've convinced yourself otherwise, you're only demonstrating your own ignorance.
I feel really sad for you WotLK-babies. Pampered with stuff you never needed and getting way more than you should. If you really did play pre-WotLK, you wouldn't feel that way, trust me, and I shouldn't have to tell you why pre-LFD was better since you should already know.

I did that once on my warlock. Then I said, "eff this" and rolled a tank/healer.

Wow. That's all I can say. You have trouble finding one other person to run Black Talon? You do realize that's a 2-man Flashpoint, right? Or were you trying to get four people together to make it a faceroll for social points?

As already explained there :

http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=113882

(an older subject wich was still on first page when you created yours OP)

I don't want any LFD tool and many thinks like me.

So the best to satisfy everybody is to have some servers with that tool implemented and some without.

Some people are mentally retarded. I could probably **** out 3 other people to do flashpoints with me.

What a load of bull. In vanilla WoW you would sit in Orgrimmar/Stormwind for hours spamming general chat until you got desperate enough to whisper random people on /who to their annoyance. People would get bored/have to go and leave your group while you cycled members around so you could actually, you know, play the game. You anti LFD finder people are idealizing a golden era in grouping that never actually existed. With sharding finding groups is an even bigger annoyance in this game. 99% of the people would welcome a dungeon finder but this vocal minority gives the illusion of mass dissent. I just don't understand.

Leaving aside the fact that TOR has nothing called a dungeon, how does a LFG tool increase the number of players wanting to do a flashpoint? If no one wants to do it, then you'll just be sitting in a que by yourself. If you can't find anyone on the planet or in the zone where the quest takes place, will a LFG tool force other people to join? I'm assuming you're talking about same-server LFG because cross-server would be problematic for several reasons. So an LFG tool doesn't help you find a healer or find more players, it just removes the responsibility of someone actually forming the group. Just don't see this as a real solution to anything. They could make adjustments with server pop caps and locking busy servers to new players to help with low pop servers.

Please stop claiming a LFG tool would help general chat. That's ridiculous. Even if you take out people LFG, 90% of general chat is useless drivel anyway. And if LFG comments are flooding general chat then there are plenty of other people LFG for you to team up with.
