I will agree it doesn't feel 'massive' when you look at your planet stats at the top left of your screen and see 60 people playing. Even if it was doubled, with 120 people per planet, i dont see how that's making it feel massive.

I think it's due to bioware and the dozens and dozens and dozens of servers. They're worried about lag on the servers so they capped them way too low. I'm hoping in a few months if there isn't a surge in subscribers they will start merging them.

mmorpg stands for massive multiplay online role playing game

which proves its not an mmo because im just a dude in this massive universe online with many players playing the role as a bounty hunter, oh did i meniton its also a video game?!

oh wait.... dang
It really isn't a MMO.

Its more like a single player game with some co-op included.
Definately seems like more of a F2P game to me and not worth a subscription.

Or ganking.

I'm level 32 and I play on one of the heaviest population servers on the west coast. I've seen one enemy faction player my entire time leveling up. One.

On Nar Shaddaa. On the promenade.

Let me say that again: One.

ONE.

I think that's where people are having problems.

60 or so people is probably not what most consider to be "massively." That's less than a single round of Metro in BF3.

Yeah, 'cept you have no persistence in terms of community, guilds, player economy, open world PvP, etc. All of which this MMO has (albeit in the very early stages, being as the game is less then two weeks live so far)
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

Massively refers to the total population set that could interact together all at once in theory. The reality is that rarely are there more then about a hundred interecting together at the same place at the same time (in any MMO) on a server where there are actually thousands online at once, just in different places doing different things at the same time.
