[VIDEO] Let me explain how SORCS/SAGES actually work for you.

The reason Sorc/Sage is OP is because of their versatility in sum total.

They are like a truck that has 390 horsepower, gets 38 miles to the gallon and has an 8 year warrantee.

Sure, there may be a truck with more horsepower, just like a class has a tad more DPS than the Sorc.

Sure, there may be a truck with better MPG, just like a class may have more armor.

Sure, a truck may get a 10 year warrantee.

But add up everything the Sorc can do, and they are OP.
Finally, the best evidence that they are OP is the sheer # of people that play them. Probably 50% of every warzone is a Sorc/Sage.

Rift has balance...no

Warcraft has balance..no

Aion has balance ...no

SWG had balance in Pre-cu, and even after

Warhammer has teamwork balance, and it works like a glove.

SWTOR seems more like Warhammer, and has some great balance.

You know I can go on a rant and talk about EVE and EQ, and all the games I have played since 1998, just let me know.

People picking a long range kite is normal in mmo's, go to warcraft and see all the warlocks, frost mage, and disc priest.

People see numbers and get all happy inside, when they fight a good long range kite and get destroyed, they think well looks like that class is OP.

Then you meet a melee OP or Marauder guy like me, that absolutely makes your day a living hell compared to the dot and CC damage a Sage/Sorc can do.

Here is the choose people have to deal with,

1. Being kited and trapped for fail

2. Being swarmed and overwhelmed with burst damage.

Fact is one of those someone can't deal with, and the way some people explain it is by calling for nerf's and saying a class is too OP.

Then there is people like me that has been doing this a long time, and calls the kettle black.

This is a bad video,for more than one reasons.

I was in an amazing game today. Me as a bounty who spammed my highest dmg abilities as well as combos etc. managed to get barely 200k dmg (then I mean constantly doing dmg to ppl). In the other team there was this sorcerer who spent all game spamming 2 abilities a dot and the force lightning he ended up on 400k dmg. We were both lvl 50, he managed to 3 shot me and I didn't even manage to get him to half in a 1v1.
People who say sourcerers aren't OP are honestly retarded and need a vision check up....
Fix = Force storm and force lightning so it got a cooldown and decrease the dmg in general because atm it's just stupid...

Pvp isn't the main thing in this game but after developing it for 6 years there should be more to it aswell as the classes beeing more evenly matched.

The same goes for imperial agent and their million stunns that last forever and their immunity. Sure they are squishy and all but the time you get stunned is just stupid you are just srewed if they do it to you and you don't have breakfree.

Assasins invisibility is also a thing to mention, when they are about to die they just go invis.
Fix = it so there's some sort of activation time so they can't instantly get away with it...

Maybe it's just me but bounty seem like the worse class to pick if you wanna go dmg, sure it's how you play and stuff but you can't 1v1 anyone since most of your abilities are charged or got cooldown. The interrupts in this game doesn't make it any better either... And a BH can do pretty decent dmg, if the other team stack up in your aoe or someone is running around like a retarded chicken so you can just spam stuff at them without getting interrupted. But hey witch class can't **** on ppl if they don't get interrupted or the other players are *******?

Sourcerers will pobably defend their class and be like no no it's not OP at all it's just you beeing **** or whatever but face it as it is now it is an OP class and for people who like some PvP once in a while and ain't a sourcerer it sucks beeing against.

Loads of love to you nerd and developers even the classes up and playing huttball 9/10 games is getting pretty boring... some people do want to PvP seriously!

Good video. One of the things that gets me is people totally ignore you as a sroc/sage.

I mean i run in and engage a target, he comes at me and i slow him then sprint out of battle because i cant survive melee. Then the attacker just turns to the nearest target and completely ignores me. This happens all the time and so i just waltz on in and range dps him again. Focus your dps on casters we will drop like flies. Its like this in every mmo

Sorcs and sages can do lots of damage during a warzone but they aren't bombing kids for 5k a hit. I play with serveral sorcs constantly, they have to struggle to hit the numbers I pull as a marauder and don't hit half as hard as my class does.
Learn your classes.

Wrong, stop lying. It is impossible for a sorc to 3 shot another player. The hardest ability they have that I am aware of is thundering blast and a sorc friend of mine with about as much champion gear as I have (450 expertise) can crit for maybe 3.5k buffed. They have nothing to 3shot you with.

the mob your are fighting is easy to kill , try to kill a champion who got imunity from stun , blind ect... with 150k hp and not melee , im sorcere lvl 50 and can't solo champion with imunity from stun , blind ect... so don't say we are op
