I've successfully done 16-man HM EV once. Last night we tried again (even NM mode a few times since we do 8-man NM easily) for the heck of it and for whatever reason couldn't handle XRR-3's "Cannonade". Does someone have a reliable way of doing him?

I'd also like to give 16-man KP HM/NM a try as well as 16-man EC. I'd really like to find a nice guide to read on the differences between 8-man and 16-man on bosses and what we need to do.
