CWBuff
My apologies if this question has been answered before... I did a quickie search and found no relevant threads. If I were to switch from one crafting profession to another, say, Cybertech to Artifice, would all of my current schematics be lost permanently or would I retain them for use in the future, should I decide to go back to Cybertech? Marius_Xerxes
They would be gone.
Vercundus
Both schematics and skill rank. If you would like to get back to previously unlearned skill, you will have to start from 1. Since we do not have a way of removing unwanted schematics, I use this method of purging older, useless schematics in favor of cleaner interface. Aeneas_Falco
It is best to keep your existing crafter so as not to lose schematics that can't be re-obtained. If you want to begin using another crafting skill, it would be best to create an alt for that purpose (or better yet, use an existing max level one).
