I did a double take when I saw these metals in some of the synthweaving recipes but they ARE in there. I had to confirm by viewing both darthhater.com and torhead to be sure but: Ablative Laminoid Headgear is a Synthweaving recipe and does require laminoid. http://db.darthhater.com/recipes/2295/ablative_laminoid_headgear/ You will find this is the case for all the metals you were curious about. They might list a skill, but it's really just a vendor item. The number of items may be significantly off. You can get multiple skillups (2 or 3 points) when you make items, from what I remember.
