I Recently played the fort alde area quest, and me and my group noticed that reinforcements are spawning back TOO FAST. One time we beat an Alde Captain, and the foottroops we dispatched reappeared, after we beat them, the Captain reappeared as well. This was too much to handle and hasnt happened in any other AREA quest yet. Fix it please!

It's true that the respawn rate for that area group of missions is pretty high, and I remember we had some trouble clearing it as well (a handful of deaths).

 

Best advice would be to look for spot where you can safely "camp and rest" in between attacking groups. There are a few nasty patrols as well, so it's definitely not easy.
