Incentives The Incentives are an assortment of Cartel Items, with the exception of some Sign on Bonuses, which can be withdrawn from the Guild Bank. Each incentive tier will have its own bank vault that members can withdraw from. Members will receive access to the Sign on Bonus vaults upon entering a guild event. Access to the other vaults is gained later on by reaching certain requirements. Ranks that are required to access the Incentive vaults are give on Tuesdays and reset on the following Monday.
