1st I am a juggernaut; I cannot seem to beat Baras; I can get very close but then go from maybe 1/3 health to dead. Has anyone beaten him? If so what companion did you use and what tactic.

 

2nd do you no longer get costume parts as rewards for your companions after 50?

 

3rd can I continue to go on and try for better armor etc... without beating Baras or am I stuck tell I figure it out?

Use cooldowns and medpacks, Interupt everything he does, You have your static interupt plus the stuns/pushbacks. Use Vetee if shes geared enuf and if you are having trouble. slow and kite him. He is cake aslong as you interupt him.

Got him dead, finally.

 

However I am confused as to how to get the special gear from the venders; I know it is a mix of pvp and daily/weekly missions. Can someone explain in detail? What missions I should focus on? What pvp i should do. Basically, I want to pimp my toon.
